Job Description - HR & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:-
-Handle HR Operations, payroll and Staff/Officers records
-Manage PLRD licensing and liaise with MOM & SPF
-Support disciplinary matters and HR matters
-Coordinate manpower with operations team
-Prepare invoices, claims, and basic accounts
-Track payments and assist in month end closing

Requirements:-
-Diploma or Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or other related field
-1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Security Industry is preferred
-Knowledge in MOM regulations, SPR procedures and PLRD licensing
-Experience in Payroll and basic accounting
-Able to handle confidential matters professionally
- Good communication and Organizational skills
-Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
-Self Motivated and can work independently
