HR & Payroll Executive (XUN)

📍 Location: Jurong East Area
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000 / month (Depending on experience)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle monthly payroll, including salary adjustments, new hires, and final payouts.

• Handle government submissions including CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, and NS claims.

• Generate accurate payroll reports and support audit requirements.

• Maintain the HRIS system, including employee attendance and leave records.

• Resolve payroll-related queries and assist with ad-hoc HR duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• At least 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

• Experience with Times Software and E-Citrix is a strong advantage.
