HR & Payroll Operations Manager Central Contract Govt

Job Description

• Lead the delivery of HR and payroll operational services.
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and service performance.
• Monitor service standards, process compliance, and operational KPIs.
• Manage stakeholder communications and act as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
• Review and resolve escalated HR and payroll-related issues.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and service continuity.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or shared services environments.
• Experience leading teams, coordinating projects, or managing service delivery is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes and operational best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Other Information

• Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 6:00pm, Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Central (Napier MRT)
• $5,000 – $8,000 per month
• Contract on yearly renewal
