HR cum Finance Executive

Descriptions

• Responsible for all AR functions including postings of all online platforms sales and reconciliation, all cash sales posting and reconciliation
• Assist in all finance and accounting functions including AP, General Ledger (GL), cash management, operating budgeting, auditing and financial reporting
• Responsible for preparation of month end management Profit and Loss review and slides
• Responsible for writing Profit and Loss meeting minutes
• Assist in full spectrum of Human Resource Functions in terms of recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training, learning & development and payroll management
• Assist in drafting of job description and employment contract and ensuring accordance to MOM framework as well as company requirements
• Assist in consistent application of disciplinary actions and compliance to company policies
• Assist in analyze cost projections and implement labor cost controls across all departments
• Assist in work pass application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers
• Assist in company's yearly insurance renewal
• Assist in manage work injury and hospitalization claims
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years working as Finance and/or HR preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ready to step of their comfort zone to take on new challenges and grow with the company
• Singaporean only
