HR Executive (Full Spectrum Recruitment Payroll)

• Basic $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS

• Working Location: Tiong Bahru
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Workforce Expansion

• Support company growth by leading the recruitment of nursing professionals for locum, part-time, and ad-hoc surgical assistance assignments, ensuring a strong and qualified talent pipeline.

2. Credentialing & Regulatory Compliance

• Oversee the verification and maintenance of all professional credentials, including Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration, practicing certificates, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications, ensuring full compliance prior to deployment.

3. Onboarding & Employment Administration

• Manage the onboarding process and prepare employment agreements for part-time, locum, and ad-hoc staff, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and company policies.

4. Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Administer monthly payroll processing, including basic salaries, sales commissions, warehouse overtime claims, CPF contributions, and IR8A tax submissions. Manage employee leave records and medical benefits administration.

5. Employee Relations & Culture Development

• Serve as the key liaison between clinical personnel, office employees, and warehouse staff, fostering effective communication, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

6. Management & HR Advisory

• Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercises and provide strategic HR support and advisory services to the General Manager on employee-related matters and organizational development initiatives.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on HR experience with experience in managing a locum, part-time, or shift-based workforce is a plus.
