Job Description
Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for research entities (including CPF & tax submission) using ERP S4 HANA
Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
Co-ordinates with Finance Department on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
Ensures general ledger journal generation to Finance Department for completed payroll processing
Processes statutory claims like NS Leave and Government Paid Leave like Childcare Leave and Maternity Leave etc
Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercises
Attends to employees’ queries on salary matters
Worked closely, independently and proactively with various parties for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements
Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
Other adhoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor
