Job Summary

Manage payroll and employee database processes ensuring compliance with government regulations while addressing payroll inquiries and supporting HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly full payroll accurately to ensure timely employee compensation
• Create and update employee databases to maintain accurate workforce records
• Prepare and generate detailed payroll reports for management review
• Prepare and submit claims such as NSmen make-up pay and government-paid leave schemes to secure employee benefits
• Respond promptly to employee payroll-related queries to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Calculate and prepare CPF contributions and submit all tax related matters to meet statutory requirements
• Perform other HR-related duties as required to support department functions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll software will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking workers to facilitate payroll inquiries
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills to contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Meticulous and well-organized approach to manage payroll details accurately
