HR - Payroll Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll administration. You will handle the full payroll cycle — from processing monthly salaries and CPF submissions to managing statutory claims and coordinating with Finance.

What You Will Do

Payroll Processing & Administration

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration including CPF contributions and tax submissions using SAP payroll software
• Process monthly ESS claims such as flexi benefits, dental, and handphone claims
• Process and verify statutory claims including National Service Leave, Government-Paid Childcare Leave, Maternity Leave, and other applicable leave schemes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date archival of all payroll records

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare monthly headcount reports, payroll reconciliation reports, and other payroll-related reports
• Coordinate with the Finance Department on monthly treasury provisions for payroll activities
• Ensure timely and accurate general ledger journal generation to Finance upon completion of payroll processing

Stakeholder Support

• Attend to employee queries on salary, payslips, and payroll-related matters promptly and professionally
• Assist with auditor queries during payroll-related audit exercises
• Work closely and proactively with internal teams to resolve payroll issues, system errors, and support system upgrades and enhancements

Ad-hoc Support

• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of payroll or HR administration experience.
• Experience with SAP payroll software is an advantage
• Proactive, discreet, and able to handle confidential payroll information with integrity
