HR - Payroll Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle Overseas payroll processing.
• Salary Administration (Giro for salary, CPF submission, IR8A).
• Assist with all payroll-related payments, allowances, local staff claims etc
• Prepare Manpower Report (including branch office), Update of Personal particulars & Crisis Chart.
• Enrolment of Corporate card for eligible staff.
• Leave administration.
• Compile statistic for surveys.
• Prepare accruals for manpower related costs.
• Assist in preparation of Budget for manpower cost.
• Support Overseas offices on HR matters.
• Any other jobs related to HR and back up for HR related duties & Ad Hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources / Business Admin or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Well versed with MS Excel for preparing of HR reports and budgets.
• Good experience in payroll process.
• Meticulous, able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge in Employment Act and industry practices.
