Job Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, needs, and expectations
• Make suitable recommendations based on client enquiries, financial situations, and long-term goals
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and refining financial plans in line with changes in clients’ life circumstances
• Support the ongoing review and optimisation of client portfolios to achieve appropriate financial outcomes
• Maintain and grow a sustainable pipeline of clients through effective management of both new and existing relationships
• Participate in structured training programmes, coaching sessions, and industry seminars to build professional knowledge and skills
• Work closely with mentors to support performance development and achieve career growth objectives

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, A-Levels, or equivalent
• Strong willingness to learn and grow
