• Responsible for AP duties

• Collect the needed business records used for banking processes.

• Do month-end closing activities.

• Keep accurate financial records and statements.

• Record and process all business transactions.

• Record transactions and events about inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.

• Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.

• Prepare reports for management when required

• Prepare quotation, invoice and payment voucher

Human Resources

• Work pass application

• Leave and attendance record

• Other administration duty

• Monthly Payroll

Job Requirement:

• Accounting related qualification required

• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently

• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in accounting and statutory compliance role was handled is an advantage

• Fluent in English & Mandarin translator with customers and workers
