Information Technology Business Partnering Director

Job Description

• Lead overall program governance, planning, and execution across all workstreams.
• Serve as the primary delivery lead for FPT, overseeing execution and collaboration with eBao and other vendors.
• Define and manage program KPIs, milestones, and quality frameworks.
• Establish and chair governance meetings, risk reviews, and steering committee sessions.
• Oversee delivery of configuration, integration, and migration workstreams.
• Drive alignment across internal (onsite/offshore) and external partners.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology, including significant experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry, with proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs and managing complex, multi-vendor delivery environments
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, mission-critical core system implementations and digital transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in the eBao core insurance platform, including eBaoCloud and General/Life Core Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuration architecture, data migration, and enterprise integration.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams to resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
