Inside Sales Representative (Contract – 1 Year, Extendable/Convertable)

Working Day/Hour : Mon - Fri (8.15am - 5.30pm)

Salary: $3000

Location : Kallang

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to manufacturing and industrial contacts to introduce the company’s products and services.

2. Identify customer needs and qualify potential prospects for the sales team.

3. Schedule appointments and arrange product demonstrations for Sales Engineers.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

5. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns and market outreach initiatives.

6. Follow up on marketing leads and customer enquiries in a timely manner.

Note:

- This role focuses on cold calling and lead generation. Sales closing is not required.

- Comfortable with outbound calls and customer engagement.
