Internal Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Internal Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive to support daily finance and operational accounting functions. The role involves handling marketplace sales entries, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and maintaining accurate financial records for both B2B and B2C operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record daily marketplace orders into the accounting / ERP system
• Handle B2B and B2C invoicing accurately and timely
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) including supplier invoices and payment scheduling
• Reconcile sales records, bank transactions, and payment gateway reports
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and sales teams on order and payment matters
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports
• Support inventory and stock reconciliation where required
• Liaise with external accountants/auditors when needed

Requirements

• Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping experience preferred
• Candidates with accounting certificates or relevant accounting studies are preferred
• Familiar with AR/AP processes and invoicing
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• ITE graduates and housewives returning to the workforce are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling accounting for marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfilment and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with B2B wholesale order processing
