Invesment Manager Real Estate Portfolio

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Investment Manager will:

1. Oversee and manage the family’s real estate investment portfolio.

2. Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities

3. Manage existing properties along with the team members in different

locations

4. Work closely with family members and other advisors to align real estate

investments with the family’s goals and risk profile.

2. Singapore

6. Personal Family Personal Family Properties

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting,

Finance, Real Estate or a related field

2. Minimum 5-7 year in Real Estate Investments - managerial level

3. Proficiency in financial modeling and real estate valuation methods
