Investment & Treasury Manager

About the Role

A Singapore-based company is seeking a finance professional to support the management and deployment of company funds, as well as to provide treasury support to group companies in Kazakhstan and the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Management & Liquidity

•     Prepare investment recommendations and assess investment opportunities

•     Monitor company liquidity

•     Manage relationships with banks, custodians and financial advisers

•     Assist the board in developing an investment policy covering permitted investments, currencies, counterparties, concentration limits, liquidity requirements and approval thresholds

Financial Analysis & Modelling

•     Prepare financial models, valuations and risk assessments for investments, financing arrangements and other group transactions

•     Support financing analysis and covenant monitoring

Support to Group Companies (Kazakhstan, Netherlands)

•     Cash-flow forecasting

•     Foreign exchange analysis

•     Investment appraisal

•     Support for acquisitions and disposals

Governance & Documentation

•     Work with legal/tax advisers to ensure services are provided under written intercompany arrangements, identifying the services provided, the relevant recipients, and the basis of compensation

Candidate Requirements

•     Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

•     3–5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance or investment analysis

•     Experience within an international group structure preferred

•     Understanding of transfer pricing principles and intercompany arrangements is a plus

•     Fluent English (working language)

•     Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore without additional visa/work pass sponsorship

•     Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work with complex financial information
