• Experienced in Indonesia, Thailand & Taiwan payroll processing is a MUST

Job Description

• Mainly in charge of processing monthly payroll (Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan) including preparation of paperwork and data entry for all New Hires, Leavers and employee life cycle changes using SAP
• Provide assistance in payroll transactions and reporting; ensure all the payments are processed accurately and timely
• Strong knowledge in Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan taxation and knowledgeable in Labour Ordinance
• Assist in preparing the tax returns/ payroll reports and daily operation reports.
• Work collaboratively with external vendors, local HR teams to ensure payroll systems provide accurate and appropriate data payments to employees.
• Provide assistance to Payroll Manager/Country Operations Manager as required
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements

• Experience in processing payroll for Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan is a MUST
• Proficiency in SAP system is a plus
• Knowledgeable in Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan Labour Ordinance
• Organised individual in multi-tasking and working in fast paced environment
• Ethical in dealing with sensitive material
• Good communication skills and a team player
