Investment Banking Associate (Korean speaking)

Duties and Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the IB Associate at KEB Hana Bank Singapore Branch will include, but will not be limited to:

• Prepare necessary credit applications, seek credit approvals and KYC process/execution/documentation of the syndicated loan transactions in compliance with MAS regulations and KEB Hana internal policy
• Prepare periodic management reports on new, renewal and existing loans followed by MAS guidelines and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Deal with various ad-hoc requests from Head Office and liaise with Head Office Credit Approval Department and Investment Banking Division in relation to any risk related matters
• Provide support and overall assistance to senior managers and contribute to achievement of profit target and objectives
• Assist to conduct periodic borrower's credit rating
• Assist to client due diligence and financial analysis

Requirements

• Strong team player acting as part of the Investment Banking team at KEB Hana Bank Singapore Branch
• Minimum 2 years' experiences in Banking Industry is preferred
• Fast and keen learner
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word
• Experience with loan documentation and credit issues in banks
• Good command of Korean and other languages would also be an advantage
