Investment Fund Operation Analyst

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end processing of hedge fund trades and transfers, spanning front office, middle office, and settlement functions. You will also play a key role in client account management, corporate actions, and delivering high-quality customer service to institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Process trade and transfer orders from receipt through to settlement, including document verification and cash processing
• Trace and follow up on pending transactions, settling upon receipt of contract notes
• Process corporate action shares and cash events accurately and within required timelines
• Identify and mitigate operational risk by adhering to established procedures and staying current on process changes
• Handle client queries via phone and email — investigating, recording, and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a high standard of service across all client interactions

Requirements

• Prior banking or investment funds experience is an advantage
