Investment Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical Investment Manager for our client. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end execution of cross-border energy infrastructure projects, manage robust commercial and financial workstreams, and support our broader corporate strategy pipeline. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead critical, high-impact transactions within a vital, rapidly growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of project development and the execution of commercial agreements for cross-border energy infrastructure projects.
• Drive financial modeling and commercial strategy for current portfolios and prospective projects, translating quantitative data into viable transaction structures and investment value propositions.
• Lead regional business development and commercial strategy across target markets to originate new project opportunities, evaluate market entry mechanics, and expand the company’s infrastructure footprint.
• Manage multi-disciplinary deal teams, coordinating closely with internal and external legal, financial, and technical advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence & risk assessments, identifying potential commercial, political, financial, and regulatory vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience within the energy infrastructure or renewable energy sectors, with a proven track record of independently executing complex financial modeling, detailed industry research, and institutional investment documentation.
• A proven track record within Investment Banking (M&A, Project Finance, or Leveraged Finance), Infrastructure Funds, or Private Equity at a major financial institution.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with exceptional quantitative instincts and analytical problem-solving skills.
