Job Summary
Conduct in-depth investment research and financial analysis to support asset management decisions. Develop financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare reports to inform senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investment Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and financial analysis on equities, fixed income, alternatives and private markets.
• Financial Modeling and Valuation: Develop and maintain financial models and conduct valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities and risk exposures.
• Due Diligence: Perform financial and commercial due diligence for potential investments, including selective transactions and projects.
• Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare research reports, investment recommendations, and executive briefings for senior management, investment committees, and external authorities to enable informed decision-making.
• Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory developments to anticipate investment risks and opportunities and support risk management frameworks.
Requirements:
• Residency: Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field from a highly reputable university.
• Experience: Both fresh graduates and junior professionals with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis, including experience with back-testing and sensitivity analysis. Familiarity with financial databases and AI-related tools.
• License/Certifications: CFA Charter holder or CMS Module 3 preferred.
• Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively conduct research and present findings.
