Investor Relations Manager

• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• Leading listed company
• Sit within Investor Relations & Corporate Communications team

Responsibilities would include:

• Main point of contact with institutional investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders through investor meetings, site visits, roadshows and conferences
• Support development and execution of investor relations and corporate communications strategies by translating financial and operational performance into clear, consistent, and compelling messaging for stakeholders
• Strengthen investor understanding and confidence in the group’s strategy, performance and long-term value proposition
• Synthesise inputs from various business units and management to ensure investor communications are consistent, strategically aligned and focused on what matters most to the market
• Prepare high-quality investor communications materials eg. earnings presentations, investor decks, Q&A briefing documents, and key messages for results announcements and investor engagements
• Manage IR content across relevant platforms ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise financial, operational and strategic information clearly
• Confident communicator, with strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner
• High attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Ability to interpret financial data, exercise sound judgement and extract relevant insights effectively from stakeholders.
• Familiar with SGX listing rules and IR best practices
