IT Platform Business Management Officer

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead Private Banking system and platform enhancement
• Lead User Acceptance Testing process including preparation of test plans and testing of system applications and platform
• Ensure system and platform functionalities meet regulatory and internal control requirements
• Primary point of contact for Front Office, Head Office IT and vendors ensuring system and platform issues are resolved timely
• Work closely with Front Office, Head Office IT and vendors to ensure systems are aligned with the business needs and strategies
• Ad-hoc Projects or tasks as assigned by Department Head

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/Accountancy or a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry, preferably in Private Banking
• Prior experience in similar role and familiar in Private Banking IT applications
• Good knowledge of Private Banking Products
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Chinese speaking colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan
