(JP) Accounts Receivable (Executive)

Summary:

Basic Salary: $3000 - $3300 (AWS + Bonus)

Location: Woodlands

Monday to Friday, 9am - 6:10pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
• Reconcile Customer Collections with Bank Ledgers.
• Monitor monthly/weekly Debtors aging.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Send out Statement of Accounts to customers and address their inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Only Singaporeans.
