Junior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in processing the supplier invoices, issue customer invoices, monitor aging, and record payments.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all business transactions via journal entries.
• Conduct routine bank reconciliations, verify expense reports, and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Assist senior finance staff in preparing trial balances, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by organizing files and compiling data for audits.
• Ensure all financial data is properly filed and adheres to both government regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Posses Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates without prior experience are welcome.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and excellent organizational skills.
