Job Summary

Black Kylin Investment Pte. Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Accounts Executive) to support full sets of accounts and daily financial operations, ideal for finance professionals developing their accounting skills in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily transactional accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Assist in preparing full sets of accounts and support month-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines
• Enter financial data with high accuracy into the accounting system to maintain data integrity
• Maintain organized documentation and systematic filing of invoices, receipts, and vouchers for audit readiness
• Prepare financial data and schedules to support GST submissions and annual audits
• Coordinate routine banking activities and provide administrative support for corporate secretarial and tax agent requests
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc finance tasks to contribute to effective financial management
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external service providers to facilitate smooth financial operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience demonstrating solid foundational knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, to analyze and manage financial data
• Experience in tax reporting and regulatory submissions to support compliance requirements
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility to handle confidential financial information with integrity
• Experience in investment, financial services, or private equity sectors is an advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and team members
