Process AP invoices, payments, and bookkeeping entries.
Assist with bank reconciliations, supplier reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
Prepare month-end supporting workpapers for review.
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with audit requests, document collection, and sample testing support.
Help reconcile reports from accounting, banking, CRM, or trading-related systems.
Follow month-end close procedures and escalate unreconciled items or missing support.
Support other finance team members when required.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related qualification
At least 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience.
Experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or multi-entity groups would be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Willing to learn and comfortable handling routine accounting tasks.
Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking internal and external stakeholders as part of the role.
