Junior Accounting Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Officer to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of accounting experience who is eager to grow in a structured and supportive working environment.

You will assist in day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Assist with month-end closing and financial reports

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks when required

• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties
  

  Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

  • Positive attitude and a team player
