As we expand across Singapore, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and ensure our financial records remain accurate, organised, and up to date. 

What You'll Do 

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. 

• Prepare, verify, process, and track invoices and payments. 

• Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations. 

• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities. 

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. 

• Prepare reports and schedules for management reporting. 

• Support GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. 

• Track contracts, subscriptions, and renewal schedules. 

• Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external accountants where required. 

• Support finance process improvements and undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties. 

Who You Are 

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CA, CIMA, etc.) are an advantage. 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with different teams. 

• Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential financial information. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (experience with Xero or similar systems is a bonus). 

Nice-to-Haves 

• Prior experience in accounting or finance. 

• Experience in SMEs, startups, retail, F&B, or vending businesses. 

• Passion for improving processes through technology and automation.
