JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Junior Executive to support our trading operations. The role involves generating new business, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination of orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities (B2B clients, contractors, retailers, F&B outlets, etc.)
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales proposals
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions
• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis
