Junior Executive / Finance Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting and transaction postings, including posting of invoices and preparation of payments on a periodic basis
• Month-end closing of entity-level accounts and generation of management accounts and internal reports
• Prepare monthly schedules and reconciliations
• Perform inter-company billings and reconciliations of inter-company transactions and balances
• Attend periodic stock counts at the warehouse and retail outlets and perform reconciliation work
• Assist the Assistant Finance Manager in all aspects of accounting and financial matters
• Year-end audit procedures (including quarterly and half-year reporting)
• Year-end budgeting and periodic forecast updates
• Quarterly GST reporting
• Annual income tax computations and inquiries with tax agents
• Preparation of relevant reports to government statutory boards (when required)

Our ideal candidate should:

• Possess a Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  
• Possess at least 2- 5 years of relevant experience: Position will be offered based on the relevant experience in past employment
• Proficient in MS Office
• ERP systems (Candidates who are familiar with either Netsuite or Navision are preferred)
