Junior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Junior Quantity Surveyor

Basic ：$ 2700 - $ 3400

Working Hours
5 days per week; 9am – 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with Pre & Post evaluation of vendors quotation

- Perform Quantity take off for tenders’ projects

- Assist with evaluation of tender submission and preparation of tender documents

- Assist in handling on-going project and resolve contractual issue with Clients/Sub-Contract & Suppliers

- Assist on project administration and documentations include preparation of Sub-Contract, VO and ensure timely submission of montly progress claims & final account

- Assist in verifying & certifying sub-contraction claims

- Carry out contract administration duties

- ISO documentation support and filing

- Admin product sales and stock take support

- Other ad-hoc as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- Degree/Diploma in QS/Mechanical or Construction relates discipline

- Proficient in AutoCAD & MS office (excel, word)

- Minimum 1 to 3 years relevant experience
