Kaki Bukit/Macpherson - Accounts Executive (Nursing Home)

Join The Lentor Residence as an Accounts Executive to manage residents’ / clients' accounts and support financial closing for a new nursing home in Kaki Bukit (Jalan Damai) opening in 2027.

You are required to start work at our Macpherson branch (near Tai Seng MRT).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Residents / Clients’ accounts – including invoicing and refund of deposit.
• Prepare and updating monthly residents/clients headcount, AR billing, fund collection, AIC scheme payout and RAF/NMT subsidy change for related service types i.e. Long Term Care, Medifund and Respite resident, Home Care and SCC client.
• Assist and monitor closely with IT in charge and vendor developer for Billing and Accounting system to ensure transaction and reports is align with accounting standard.
• Maintain accuracy of monthly and yearly MOH Subvention report based on MOH subsidy framework. 
• Assist to update MF claim amount for quarterly MF Committee meeting.
• Assist on tracking and recovering outstanding payment for debts collection.
• Checking the accuracy of MOH subvention Grant and ensuring reports submitted to meet Annual governance audit.
• Assist to ensure supporting documents related to MOH subvention are submitted on time.
• Assist on any ad hoc task assign by reporting officer if needed.

Required competencies and certifications

• Certificate in Accountancy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience handling accounting duties related to nursing homes an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast paced environment

• Work schedule: 5 days per week, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
