The Company

Our client is an MNC in the financial services industry and they are looking to hire a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 months contract, convertible to perm.

The Role

In this role, you will manage high-volume and complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones for phone, virtual, and in-person formats, while coordinating logistics for interviews, internal meetings, and candidate travel. As a key point of contact, you will deliver clear, professional, and timely communication to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. You will also maintain consistency in job postings across various platforms, support offer generation and documentation, and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Additionally, you will assist with background checks, manage new hire workflows including offer letter preparation and paperwork submission, and track candidate travel and expense claims.

Your Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with at least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship experience considered), ideally within Talent Acquisition or recruitment operations. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and has demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling and coordination across multiple priorities with accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside a professional and service-oriented approach, are essential. You should be able to handle sensitive information with discretion, work independently, and collaborate effectively across global teams. A Bachelor’s degree, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or scheduling platforms, and prior experience in financial services, fintech, or fast-paced corporate environments will be advantageous.
