The Company

Our client, a fast-growing company in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President (Part-Time, 1-Year Contract) to support its finance function.

The Role

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to oversee a broad range of finance activities, including financial reporting, tax compliance, portfolio monitoring, budgeting, audit coordination, and investment-related finance matters. The position also offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and reporting enhancements to support the organization's growth and operational excellence.

Your Profile

You have 4–6 years of relevant finance experience within private equity, venture capital, investment management, or a similar environment, complemented by at least 3 years of Big 4 audit experience. You should possess strong technical accounting knowledge in IFRS, consolidation, taxation, and investment accounting, alongside experience working with auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders. A CPA or equivalent qualification is required. Candidates with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, a proactive and hands-on approach, and experience in portfolio monitoring, valuation, process automation, or reporting tools will be highly regarded.
