KYC Lead – Leading Crypto Firm

The Role

My client is a leading Crypto Firm and we are looking for a KYC Lead to join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing all KYC and Onboarding related matters and will also be leading a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the firm’s global KYC strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business goal
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing KYC team across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as the primary subject matter expert on KYC, CDD (Customer Due Diligence), and EDD
• Monitor any high-risk transactions and mitigate any Risks in the business
• Carry out investigation work should there be any alerts, red flags etc

 Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in a related field
• At least 8 years of KYC experience – ideally with experience across payments and crypto
• Ability to lead a team
• Able to work independently
• Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
