Lead Finance Analyst (Benoi Sector)

Position Summary  

The Lead Finance Analyst serves as a strategic business partner to functional and regional leaders, providing financial insight and analytical support to drive decision‑making and operational performance.

This role leads the development, refinement, and communication of the company’s financial forecasts—including revenue, expense, and cash flow projections—by synthesizing business trends, operational drivers, and market dynamics.

The analyst collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations that support both short‑term priorities and long‑term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and external clients to drive the annual budgeting, quarterly PO budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational plans
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analysis, to provide forward-looking insights that support strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to internal stakeholders and external customers, providing financial guidance, supporting performance reviews and commercial negotiations
• Own performance management processes, including variance analysis, identification of key drivers, and clear articulation of risks and opportunities, with actionable recommendations to optimize business performance and cost efficiency.
• Support commercial decision-making through pricing analysis, business case development, and financial evaluations for new projects, RFPs, and contract renewals.
• Oversee financial governance and controls, including PO processes and billing data integrity, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
• Deliver high-quality, timely, and insight-driven financial reporting, including management reports and customer-facing deliverables, translating financial data into meaningful business narratives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customers, and finance teams (local and global) to ensure alignment on financial targets, reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance financial planning, reporting, and operational processes.

Qualifications Summary

Experience:

• This position requires minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and leveraging automation tools to enhance finance processes.
• Experience in the MNC and logistics industry is an advantage

Education:

• Min Diploma in Accounting or finance

Skills:  

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high level accuracy in financial data preparation and entry.
• Proficient in accounting systems and financial software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet/analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
