Lead Special Projects and AI

Keyresponsibilities

-      Support the preparation and coordination of the process as well as related selected divestments  from mandate to decision: scoping, analysis,inputs to board, workstream coordination and follow-through on resolutions and open items.

-      Support the Deal Lead: investor mapping and outreach preparation, investment materials and valuation analysis,process design, data room and due diligence coordination, and negotiation support through to signing and closing.

-      Support the coordination of transaction advisors: RFP and pitch processes, inputs to engagement letter and fee negotiations, and the day-to-day coordination of financial, legal, technical and market advisors and their budgets.

-      Prepare shareholder communications with the parent company and shareholders: reporting packages,board and committee materials, information requests and ad hoc analyses, in English and German.
-      Define together with the CEO and CFO the AI and digital roadmap and target architecture, and set the technology direction end to end.

-      Build vs buy assessments across the AI stack: user interfaces, AI workers and company-wide platforms, weighing vendor products against in-house development on capability, cost, data control and lock-in, and revisiting as the market moves.

-      Lead the adoption across platform teams and build up the AI department: operating model, first hires, delivery priorities agreed with the leadership team.

-      Together with the CEO and CFO conceptualise the data infrastructure hands-on: how structured data (ERP,finance, project systems), unstructured content (contracts, documents,correspondence, meetings)  andasset-level data (SCADA, monitoring and O&M platforms) flow into the one organisational brain through connectors, pipelines and parsing (OCR,transcription), working with the internal teams and vendors who run them.
