• Examine policy wording, commercial agreements, and contractual risk clauses to evaluate regulatory exposure.

• Conduct screening, vessel tracking, and transaction oversight to maintain robust sanctions monitoring controls.

• Interpret local monetary authority guidelines and translate regulatory changes into operational recommendations for internal stakeholders.

• Assist with broader corporate governance, personal data protection, anti-money laundering framework updates, and policy drafting.

• Refine review templates and compliance workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational background in law, legal studies, or paralegal training.

• Prior exposure in a junior legal, paralegal, or regulatory compliance role within professional services or financial institutions.

• Proven capability in analyzing complex legal documentation, contractual terms, and governance regulations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills alongside sound analytical thinking.

• High adaptability and a genuine commitment to developing expertise in insurance compliance frameworks.
