An exceptional leadership opportunity has arisen for a seasoned professional to drive the operational excellence and standardization of a specialized syndicated loan portfolio.

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of syndicated loan portfolios, ensuring all transaction authorization and process verifications meet stringent corporate quality standards.

• Champion the transition of the function from a task-oriented unit into a highly scalable, robustly controlled, and efficient operational ecosystem.

• Act as the final escalation point for intricate deal management while managing day-to-day risk frameworks, incident remediation, and root-cause evaluations.

• Direct internal governance interactions by interfacing effectively with audit personnel, external reviewers, and regulatory bodies to ensure swift compliance resolution.

• Cultivate strategic alignment by partnering with cross-functional internal teams alongside borrowers and participant institutions to facilitate seamless transaction delivery.

skills and experience required

• Min 12 years of substantial expertise encompassing a minimum of a decade within banking environments, with a dedicated focus on loan administration frameworks.

• Proven leadership capabilities with verified experience coaching specialized professional teams and building resilient talent benches.

• Comprehensive technical competency in managing complex financial document verifications, strict maker-checker controls, and operational risk mitigation.

• Good communication and relationship management aptitude to interface successfully with both sophisticated corporate clients and technology business partners.
