Loan Officer

Job Summary

You will assist walk-in customers by processing loan requests accurately and efficiently at a shop location, ensuring excellent service and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with loan inquiries and applications to provide clear and accurate information
• Evaluate customer loan requests by collecting and verifying necessary documentation to ensure eligibility
• Process loan applications following company procedures to maintain compliance and accuracy
• Communicate loan terms and conditions clearly to customers to facilitate informed decisions
• Collaborate with team members to manage daily loan operations and maintain a smooth workflow
• Attend training sessions to develop skills and knowledge required for effective loan processing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt through training provided by the company
• Ability to work a 5-day week including either Saturday or Sunday, from 11am to 8pm
• Flexibility to work at shop locations in central or northeast Singapore
• Only for Singaporean or PR

Other Information

• 3 months probation period

• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and 14 days annual leave provided.
