LOAN OFFICER (5 DAYS WORK)

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer loan enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
• Explain loan packages, repayment schedules, and company policies clearly to customers.
• Perform customer verification and assess loan eligibility based on company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process loan documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Moneylenders Act and company procedures.
• Follow up on repayment schedules and assist customers with payment arrangements when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and filing.
• Conduct administrative duties and support daily office operations.
• Handle customer information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational and collection targets.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, finance, collections, or licensed moneylending industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in English; bilingual abilities are an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong understanding of customer service and compliance standards.
• Singaporean / PR preferred.
