Loan Operation Manager

1. Control the corporate loan processing and credit administration
2. Daily BAU processing of loan transaction including drawdown, rollover, repayment, rate fixing and remittance of funds
3. Monitor overdue loans and security documentation safekeeping
4. Ensure proper control, handling and filing of transactional documents in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines
5. Lead project in system implementation and review processes and procedures to formulate process improvement
6. Prepare regulatory and internal reports
7. Liaise with various business unit, internal & external auditors, regulators etc
8. Other ad-hoc duties and projects as required

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with at least 8 years of relevant banking experience in loan processing and credit administration operations.
2. Team player and able to analyze issues independently.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
4. Good communication skill in English and Mandarin and ability to interact effectively with people at different level (Chinese reading skills required), so as to provide service to Chinese speaking customers and report to Head office.
