The Company

My client is a market leader in the Financial Services industry with more than 20 years of presence in the Asia region. Due to recent expansion into APAC, they are seeking for a Legal Entity Controller.

The Role

• Strong grounding in financial accounting, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and payment reviews.
• Partner with business stakeholders to resolve invoice queries, manage charge codes, and provide accounting policy guidance.
• Review month-end financial reporting packages prepared by overseas outsourced accounting teams.
• Ensure compliance with indirect tax requirements (GST/VAT/SST), corporate tax filings, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate annual external audits.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and ensure timely compliance across multiple entities and jurisdiction

Your Profile

• 8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting work within the Financial Services sector
• Good understanding of FRS
