Job Summary

You will support investment activities and business operations by conducting due diligence, market research, and preparing key documents to enable informed decision-making and capital deployment in an early-stage fund management environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investment due diligence by analyzing financial and market data to support board decision-making
• Research market trends and compile actionable insights to inform investment strategies
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure operational consistency and compliance
• Prepare fundraising materials and manage data rooms to facilitate efficient capital raising processes
• Collaborate with management to execute assigned tasks that contribute to business growth and operational effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills applied in investment or financial contexts
• Proactive self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a dynamic early-stage business environment
• Clear and effective communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with stakeholders
• Prior experience in a fund setup or fund management environment is advantageous
