JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take an active role in planning, coordinating, and executing company projects and business initiatives that drive real results
• Support the smooth running of daily operations across HR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations — getting a front-row seat to how the business works
• Transform data into clear, well-structured reports, presentations, and analyses that give management the insights they need to decide with confidence
• Keep communication flowing seamlessly between internal teams and external partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Stay sharp on business performance indicators and proactively surface opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Show up prepared for every meeting, track action items diligently, and maintain accurate documentation records that the team can rely on
• Play a meaningful supporting role in strategic planning, budgeting activities, and business reporting processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• A strong passion for business, strategy, and leadership
