Management Trainee (Entry Level - Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

Working Location: Central

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who aspire to grow and lead in management roles.

Your role:

• Learning and understanding the different functions in the organization, from planning, to budgeting, to sales, and recruitment
• Utilising digital marketing tools and mobile apps to engage clients and prospects on a daily basis
• Building clientele base and working with clients on providing solutions and building long term relationships
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and events
• Compiling analysis and making presentations to other team members
• Completing fieldwork and providing evaluation analysis of the company’s services
• Gaining knowledge of management viewpoints, company policies, protocols, and processes
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
• Observe experienced staffs to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties
• Provide support as needed in the various departments, including data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, client service matters as needed
• Prepare report on client’s portfolio performance and investments

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
• Training and 1 to 1 mentorship will be provided
