WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a highly driven and proactive individual with a strong passion for talent acquisition and business development, particularly in sourcing and recruiting high-quality Branch Managers and Branch Directors.

This role requires someone who not only listens, engages, and communicates effectively with stakeholders but also actively hunts for talent, builds pipelines, and drives recruitment outcomes consistently. You will play a critical role in supporting Distribution targets and initiatives while influencing and growing a team of Branch Managers and Directors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Distribution & Leadership

1. Support Distribution targets and initiatives while overseeing and influencing a group of Branch Managers and Directors

2. Build strong relationships with key Sales Directors/Managers to drive alignment on growth and recruitment strategies

3. Develop and implement initiatives to achieve sales targets, business plans, and project KPIs

Recruitment & Sourcing (Core Focus)

1. Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts for Branch Managers and Branch Directors, from sourcing to onboarding

2. Achieve defined recruitment KPIs, including:

- Number of qualified Branch Manager/Director hires per quarter

- Active talent pipeline strength (e.g., shortlisted and interview-ready candidates)

- Conversion rates (sourced → interviewed → hired)

3. Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (networking, referrals, social platforms, events, market mapping)

4. Build and maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline, ensuring consistent inflow of high-quality candidates

5. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify and approach top-performing industry talent

6. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure quality hiring aligned with business goals

Business Development & Talent Growth

1. Identify opportunities to grow agency distribution through strategic hiring and team expansion

2. Mentor, guide, and influence potential leaders to transition into Branch Manager/Director roles

3. Organise and participate in recruitment events, networking sessions, and career talks to attract talent

4. Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

WHO YOU ARE

  • Must have M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI CMFAS papers
  • Good BSC grading
  • Clean compliance record with no complaints
  • Prior experience in agency recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing agency teams
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Finance Industry, with at least 1 year in sales
  • Strong understanding of the FA market, product knowledge, and good analytical skills will be advantageous
