Manager (Senior Director)

Responsibilities:

As Senior Director for Banking,

o  You will also play a key role in developing this business line within Synpulse, identifying opportunities, leading sales efforts, and managing and developing client relationships.

o  Opportunity to build the business across ASEAN and Beyond

o  Developing Innovative client solution that combine consulting services with leading edge technology

o  Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organization

o  Further build up APAC banking practice around key focus areas such as digital transformation and operation excellence

o  Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients’ senior management

o  Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely

o  Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry specific knowledge and practical experiences across(re)banking transformation

o  Conduct market and trend analyses to support the business identifying strategic opportunities for growth

o  Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities in Singapore and in the region

o  Maintain and develop industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

•      Educated to bachelor’s degree level from a reputable university, while ideally holding an advanced degree(MA, MSc, or MBA)
•      A minimum of 12 years’ experience within banking industry at a management consulting firm, or management function within a financial firm with long term exposure to project delivery
•      Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas of consulting within the Banking Industry: digital transformation, operational excellence, product development, designing/implementing target operating model,  agile transformation, data analytics.
•      Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management
•      A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies both business and technology play in a client’s organisation
•      Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders
•      Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams across projects or workstreams
•      Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider the manalytically and conceptualise solutions
•      Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with client sat various levels across an organisation.
