Job Purpose
The Manager, Transformation is responsible for driving finance transformation, automation and digitalisation initiatives across the organisation. The role leads process redesign, RPA deployment, system optimisation, ERP implementation support and adoption of emerging technologies including AI to improve operational efficiency and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Transformation & Digitalisation
Develop and implement finance transformation initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
Lead process redesign and standardisation across finance functions.
Drive adoption of digital solutions and automation technologies.
2. Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Identify, evaluate and prioritise automation opportunities.
Design and deploy RPA solutions across finance processes
Monitor benefits realisation and process performance.
3. Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence
Explore and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve finance productivity and decision-making.
Support dashboarding, reporting automation and analytics initiatives.
Promote data-driven decision-making across finance functions.
4. Change Management & Capability Building
Develop training materials and standard operating procedures.
Support stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
Drive continuous improvement culture across the finance function.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor of Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience.
Experience leading finance transformation, ERP implementation or process improvement initiatives.
Experience in RPA, workflow automation and system optimisation.
Knowledge of AI, data analytics and emerging technologies would be advantageous.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and process mapping tools.
